Good luck not getting hit by the bus service. I can send you a video and can tell you that my brakes work. My 3 kids and I still a live after almost being hit my bus 432. Also good luck filing a complaint because their website is not from this century and I don't have time to sit on hold for hours.

Always an issue getting a ride. Hire more drivers
There is this one driver which is RUDE, gets smart with and actually got off the bus cuss out another driver. When I reported to dispatch their reply was "We don't get involved" I can't fathom management letting employees get away with behavior like that!
