Have worked with VPS before. Needed a backup generator hookup. Tyler and his team were on time, friendly, professional, and very efficient. Explained everything, cleaned up well. Couldn't ask for more.
The crews that came out were top-notch. I had good communication with sales, service and the crews. They were efficient, courteous, and the work they did was very clean/neat. I’m very pleased with the whole install.
Absolutely fantastic experience with Virginia Power Solution. They installed my generator flawlessly from the sales Greg Snider, to All the installers the team was incredible. Very professional showed up on time left the site clean and well organized. Went over all paperwork, instructions and demonstration. I felt well informed when the left. I was NOT SATISFIED with one of my fireplace not being lit as one of the end products. It was working before they came but couldn’t get it to relight. Wayne Richards
