We had a great experience with service technician Brian Edwards. His knowledge, resourcefulness, and care were phenomenal. We had a few different issues to resolve, and he worked hard to help resolve them. He also worked well with another of our contractors who was part of helping resolve the issue. Very professional!

Exceptional service from Virginia Power Solutions. Within minutes of calling the service line on a weekend, I received a call back from a service technician. While I was on the phone, a supervisor called me to be certain I had heard from someone. Since installation of my generator 8+ years ago, I’ve received prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service. Annual maintenance is timely and thorough. I highly recommend Virginia Power Solutions.

Virginia Power Solutions always provides excellent customer service. They performed annual maintenance today and the technician, Eric, did an excellent job of explaining what was done to assure our generator will be ready for any outage.
