Not sure where this bank popped up from ,but they surely lost their minds! I went in to cash a check. Gave the teller my New ID the government made me get. She proceeded to input my information. After several minutes go by. I'm thinking what is taking so long to put my information in. As I'm thinking this before I can say anything she explains to me she is building a profile on me. Banking is a service business as there are banks on almost every street corner. The service they provide is horrible... Everyone from Bruce (branch manager) to Kevin (commercial banker) has made my life more difficult. Once they got bought out there service has gone down hill. Save yourself the headache and look to a credit union... Update: They have been helpful after a few hiccups….

I brought a check to have cashed from my rental company. Note: this is not my bank, but the check that was handed to me was from rental company so I decided to cash it at the bank it states which was Virginia partners bank.
