Dr Theis was impressive. She spent more than an hour with me - asking questions, running tests. She listened when I spoke. Most doctors I know have you in and out as fast as possible. Not here. I'm 56 and she is the first doctor to tell me what was wrong with my eyes even though my issue has been there since birth. Highly recommend.
Outstanding, professional, very knowledgeable and compassionate care has been consistently provided by Dr Theis. I have post-concussion syndrome with visual, cervicogenic and vestibular issues. I have benefitted significantly from her care and recommendations. My only concern is that it did took eight months to get an appointment. Nonetheless, her expertise is unmatched. Thank you very very much. Bree Ginsburg, PhD, DNP, PMP
Dr. Jacqueline Theis has been a colleague of mine for almost 15 years. I've never met a doctor more knowledgeable about concussion and brain injury than her and have referred patients to her all the way from Charlotte, NC! She cares deeply about her patients and takes great pride in their success stories. Dr. Theis is a needle in a haystack and, as a fellow optometrist, I highly recommend her to patients who have experienced persistent problems after brain injury, concussion, stroke or even children with reading problems.
Bad enough to have sudden vision loss, call their office and the person on the other end is unprofessional and doesn't command nor comprehend the English language! Extraordinarily frustrating!
Dr Theis is professional, extremely thorough, and deeply cares about the needs of her patients. She takes the time needed for each patient demonstrating her commitment to each one and allowing patients to feel confident in her care. I highly recommend!
