To this day, if i have a question, i know i can call Debbie, and if she doesn't know the answer, she'll find someone who does and return my call promptly. I have dealt with other members of the team and each of them has been polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend Virginia Mountain Mortgage!
I love how my credit got ran and finally after 3-4 months of NOTHING being done I had to ask for my tax documents back. So that I could move forward with another company. Nothing but excuses from Debbie Gordon when you call or email her, because if you don't contact her she definitely aint contacting you!
