This is for the Manassas location-same owners I purchased a mattress a couple years ago from this company and I was in the market to get 2 other mattresses for my spare rooms, but before purchasing I wanted to see how they stood behind their warranty. Highly recommend! This is a very nice operation! The owner is hands on and knows his stuff. They have a great selection of mattresses and furniture for every room of the house. They delivered to my house and set up for a very reasonable price. I walked away with my entire bedroom furnished with a beautiful mattress and entire bedroom set for what i was going to spend for just a mattress at the big stores. Thanks Va Mattress!
Unimpressed Something about this operation made me feel like I was on a used car lot. I ended up going down the street to another store where the salesman seemed more legit and trustworthy. I like to buy from local businesses instead of big chains but Va Mattress Direct left me wondering if they would still be there next week if I had a problem.
