Very unprofessional. Seemed confused as to what to do. (Owner?) Sent the lady in training in to do the massage then stood there trying to tell her what to do or no do this or, you're doing it wrong... 15 minute massage that was supposed to be 40 minutes. Didn't even massage, rubbed cream or oil or something on me and then, ok, I guess that's it.... I didn't even say anything, I just wanted to get out of that place. Terrible.
