I am writing to document my concern regarding the consultation I received through the lawyer referral service. I paid for a guaranteed 30-minute consultation. However, the attorney asked only two brief questions and then declined the matter without explanation, legal insight, or even general guidance. Minor hiccup with the site, but the attorney they connected me to was far and away much better in terms of their empathy and treated me with respect. I'd highly recommend the service for anyone looking for support in VA.
