This is the best thing I have ever done to change some old behaviors that have been a problem for me for years. Stress and smoking make me crazy and I am so glad that I AM OVER THEM. THIS WAS EASY AND i THINK IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO. YAHOO!!
I have been interested in the natural healing arts for years but had never tried hypnotherapy. I love it. My panic attacks are under control and I don't need drugs any more. The therapist is so professional and knowledgeable.
I was referred to this business by a friend who went there for fear of bridges. I have the same problem. My family is planning a vacation in upstate New York and there are so many bridges in that area. I was already freaking out just thinking about it. So I went there and it took 3 visits to get rid of the fear. I am thinking about going back for several other problems that I need to take care of. I don't like taking drugs and highly recommend this business.

My daughter's physician referred me to the Virginia Hypnotherapy Center because at age 12, she was still sucking her finger. He tried everything and nothing worked. My daughter had one session and a backup tape to listen to with the post hypnotic suggestions on it and in one week, the problem was fixed. I just can't say enough about the therapist and I have taken my son there for peak performance training for sports. This really works.
