Had a great experience choosing a sofa and getting it delivered!
Had a sofa couch delivered today. The delivery guy ask the manager of the apartments where I live if they had a dolly they could use! What a joke can’t supply their own dolly to deliver stuff after paying $100 delivery fee! Then the mattress is wrong so I call the store to tell them it’s wrong they look it up and say yes it is the wrong one! Never bothered to apologize for their mistake or the inconvenience to me! I’ll go somewhere else next time I need any furniture!
Jessica was a great salesperson! She was willing to help with all our questions and requests. We enjoyed our shopping experience there and would highly recommend to others.
