I have been calling and leaving messages to ask someone to call me back for almost 2 months now. everytime I call I get transferred to a voicemail. I do not recommend this place. Your business isn't important enough to them to call you back to help you out. I live out of state and it is not possible for me to go in to talk to someone. I have asked when I call to be transferred to a person and not a voicemail. It is impossible to do business with a voicemail.
Their computer system loses a credit card payment. I have proof, confirmation # and screen shot of pending payment on a different date and some how this is my problem. Customer service attitude sorry we don't know, sorry we can't help, there is nothing we can do. REALLY?? Disgusted and glad I have 1st Advantage and NFCU that are determined to protect your money and invest in their customers concerns! Good Luck
