I just feel like they really didn’t wanna help me with filing my taxes they had a young guy. He didn’t have that much experience with filing taxes you can tell. The older lady that’s the manager. Thanks for charging me $80 in back fees and never once telling me these fees were piling up month after month
Filed my taxes on January 31st. Didn't get a letter or any notification about it until March 9th. They requested identification verification so I faxed that in and received a confirmation that they received it. I called nine days after sending it and they said they never received it. They told me to refax it and call after 48 hours to verify they received it. I called after 48 hours and they told me they still have not received it and to call after another week. The hate you all receive online is well deserved. I thought Kristin Collins, the newly appointed VA Tax Commissioner, would make a difference, but she is apparently part of the problem along with the majority of the people who work there. Your online payment system is horrible. Was it developed in 1997? Your customer service is abysmal. You do not open your doors to the public (Drop box, really?!), your messages are canned responses, and you truly do not care about the public. SMH. I would ask you all to "do better."
