Va taxation is absolutely horrible Very unprofessional How can the fed process and return the monies BILLIONS of taxpayers have worked all year for in the time frame they display, but little small Virginia can't process and pay or even update a few hundred thousand taxpayers in a timely fashion let alone the time frame provided I filed electronically and have been waiting months While I received my fed months ago Va taxation sucks and us by far the worst of all other states
Took them 3 attempts and over 6 months to send a missing tax return and no explanation could be provided for the delay.
The Virginia Department of Taxation is absolutely amazing. They are highly professional and provide outstanding service to Virginians. They are a true asset and utilize their expertise to make Virginia a great place to live. I wish them continued success and send my heartfelt gratitude for their vital work!
