One of the employees here went flying through a local school zone. Ran a red light, going through the intersection in a turn only late nearly hitting another car that was turning and also children crossing the street! Her only excuse was, "I need to get to work." She was at the office 10 minutes early.
There a REASON why this office is NO LONGER open to the public. I’m sure some of these employees have been beat up because the staff ( MS JONES, LEE, BETTY& DEBBIE) here is HORRIFIC. They are SUPPOSED to be here to provide help to the citizens regarding liens/ debt set off collections /transcripts & etc. Instead they cause confusion and deflect in attempt to dodge their responsibility to help you. Had my state taxes set to be direct deposited and decided to instead just cut a check and send it to my old address so now I have to play trace where it's at now. Seriously. Why do we keep paying taxes for people like this to keep dropping the ball. I'd expect mistakes from a McDonald's employee but c'mon!
I went there today, completely unaware that the building is not open to the public. When I arrived, I rang the doorbell at the entrance, and a man responded via the intercom. I explained that I needed copies of my transcripts for an upcoming legal matter. He informed me that they are not open to the public, but there were no signs on the door or notices on the website indicating this policy.
