Surprised to see all the negative reviews. We’ve been banking with this branch for years and we’ve always had a good experience. And the VACU Virginia Credit Union app had been pretty reliable, we use it a lot.
The staff are all very knowledgeable about the different products and very friendly and eager to help.
We had our loan processed with Meena and it was really a great experience. She was speedy with the procedure and we were out in just few minutes. Would highly recommend Meena if you visit this branch.
