Kim B. at the West Broad Street location was ABSOLUTELY the most congenial and efficient bank associate I’ve ever worked with, and that’s saying something considering how awesome the rest of your associates are. 10 stars wasn’t an option.
Staff treats me like family
wouldn't give me a car loan because my credit score was too low (620). their app sucks and their "educational opportunities" are dumb. invest the money yall waste on "education" to hire people who understand how tech works. or loaning customers money, like a bank would.
Always great service every crew member goes above and beyond.
