Online form to get a car loan very confusing, went to this branch, they couldn't figure out to fill out their own form. Also they are about to make alot of money from the loan and they wouldn't let me use their restroom??? Not open to the public, seriously how about your customers, not public. I get walking off the street not receiving services but really? Got 2 star only because we got approved for a loan (if they can figure out their own form)
ATM closed, also won't take a deposit at ATM so better be sure to be off work during business hours
ATM in a lobby. Lobby has a guard who will not let customers use the ATM. The ATM is roped off for access without entering the rest of the building. Having ATM’s inaccessible is part of why this downtown area is dying, being economically suffocated. Virginia Credit Union is not supporting the community.
