Terrible experience for existing member. Will never use them again. Filled the application out on a bank holiday. You would think they have someone to help like any other bank since I was able to price multiple credit unions. Didnt worry about it. No one followed up with me for several days. Complete scam. They took 20$ to "open a checking account", never fully opening the account even after 2 visits to the bank with multiple forms of ID. They wouldn't give me back the money, or let me use the account, but charged me a few every month for the account that they refused to close. Now they claim I "owe" them 50$ for fees on an account that was never able to be opened or closed. Staff in banks and on the phone are extremely immature and unprofessional.
