Terrible experience for existing member. Will never use them again. Filled the application out on a bank holiday. You would think they have someone to help like any other bank since I was able to price multiple credit unions. Didnt worry about it. No one followed up with me for several days. Followed up with an email. Replied saying how disappointed I was with the experience. Finally, a few days later someone tried to contact me and left a voicemail.
