Horrible phone answering service, I can never get anyone local all I get is different messages in a giant loop . Ridiculous

Would like to know WHY this branch's ATM no longer accepts cash deposits. Now I have to drive twice as far to deposit cash!
ATM IS ALWAYS OUT OF SERVICE
I have had good loan experiences over the years. I have been waiting for this institution to catch up to the others and have an app or option that allows you to send money directly to someone. I used Zelle until recently and now they tell me that I must go through my bank to use them. I am going to have to open an account at a bank that supports an app like Zelle.
