My family had some old land from the 1930s we wanted to sell but could not find one family member who was needed to sign documents to complete the sale. I searched for months myself. Finally I called Mr. Spar at VA Court Services and in short order he found my missing relative. We were able to complete the land sale. Great Work!
I called Thursday to have some papers served not even a whole 24 hours the paper was already served and back to me stating that it be served .. This doesn’t deserve 5 deserved more thank you so much
Jeff Spar and his team are exceptional. They are consistently reliable, friendly, and professional. Service is often much faster than expected, and they provide additional documentation of the attempt if anything was unusual or could possibly be contended. Jeff is always quick to respond and even provides guidance if needed. They also take care of filing the affidavits, which not all process servers do.
