VCU has an online appointment request form. I thought this was great and immediately completed the form. Upon completion, I received a message that I would be contacted within 1-2 business days. I was actually not contacted until about 3-4 days later and was told to call (thus, a total waste of time completing the form). I had liver resection surgery July 2 and I must say im doing really well and would like to especially thank Dr Sharma and his surgical team for getting the job done and getting me back at home and recovering well!!! Thanks to all the doctors nurses and housekeeping and food services for a great stay!!! Me and my wife really appreciate you all, thanks very much!!!

Worst hospital in Virginia! Had my mother there, they sent her home with pneumonia. Did not even check her for it and the hospital denies doing any wrong! SARAH WHITTEOFFT is the patient coordinator, she doesn't need to be! She's the one that doesn't care how patients are cared for!!! They need to have people in these positions that actually are for the patients!!!!! It was the ER doctors and the doctors on the floor both that just did not want to fool with my elderly mother.
