The service is excellent. When you walk in the door, every person on the floor looks up and greets you. Once, when I was in my early twenties, I made a banking error, and which I accidentally blamed them for. They very patiently and calmly explained everything to a crying twenty-two year old girl and worked with me to fix the problem. I used this bank for years and was very sorry when I had to move out of state and switch banks.
