Being a customer for more than 15 years. Appreciate the service they provided over the years. At the time it was the only working Internet solution. When it was working it was great. We had a direct 6 mile site to Blakey Ridge tower. The system through heavy rainstorms and lightening. Until the act of god hits a tower. Unfortunately these negative comments is one of reasons why VABB is shutting down. Frustration coming home and no Internet of Friday evening until about 8:30 on Monday morning. Never had any issues. In an area where we do not have many choices and so far I have not experienced any issue.
Virginia broadband has got to be some of the worst, most unreliable Internet on God’s green earth. It’s like playing roulette every time you try to load a simple webpage — sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn’t. Speeds are slower than dial-up in places, and outages happen so often it feels like they should be scheduled events. It doesn’t matter if you’re trying to work, stream a movie, or just send an email — there’s always some issue. If I could give Virginia Broadband a zero, I absolutely would, but unfortunately, that's not an option. From the constant outages to the painfully slow speeds, this service has been nothing short of frustrating. It's nearly impossible to get any work done, streaming is a nightmare, and customer support is either unhelpful or completely unreachable. It's baffling how a company providing something as essential as internet access can operate with such little regard for quality or reliability. A one-star rating feels too generou... read more
Service sucks, goes out every time wind blows clouds are out or any weather do not recommend. I’d give a 1/16 star if possible
