Virginia broadband has got to be some of the worst, most unreliable Internet on God’s green earth. It’s like playing roulette every time you try to load a simple webpage — sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn’t. Speeds are slower than dial-up in places, and outages happen so often it feels like they should be scheduled events. If I could give Virginia Broadband a zero, I absolutely would, but unfortunately, that's not an option. From the constant outages to the painfully slow speeds, this service has been nothing short of frustrating. It's nearly impossible to get any work done, streaming is a nightmare, and customer support is either unhelpful or completely unreachable. Service sucks, goes out every time wind blows clouds are out or any weather do not recommend. I’d give a 1/16 star if possible
the worst wifi i’ve ever had in my life, and they don’t answer their phones when we call
This has been the most frustrating internet service I have ever had. God forbid the service goes out on Friday evening because you won't have internet till sometime on Monday. I am a single father of four in a digital world and let me tell you there is nothing more heart breaking than hearing your kids tell you they want to go back to their mother's house because the internet is so horrible.
