the worst wifi i’ve ever had in my life, and they don’t answer their phones when we call
This has been the most frustrating internet service I have ever had. God forbid the service goes out on Friday evening because you won't have internet till sometime on Monday. I am a single father of four in a digital world and let me tell you there is nothing more heart breaking than hearing your kids tell you they want to go back to their mother's house because the internet is so horrible. Speeds are terribly inconsistent and service is constantly out. I'm within 200 yards of a tower and service is terrible. I can get faster speeds with my phones hotspot. Can't wait for Firefly to arrive.
