They do an outstanding job keeping our parks pristine
When I moved to VB in 2007, I was amazed at how many public and neighborhood parks the city maintained. This sentiment is echoed by many of my fellow transplant friends. I've recently become a member of the Kempsville Rec Center (only took me 12 years) and was blown away at the value I got for just over $10 per month as a resident.
