For some reason the maintenance at the Kempsville facility is really poor. As soon as it gets cold the pool is closed because they can't get the air warm!
Laziness of “this is the way we’ve always done it” should not be the standards of how you run this organization. You need to do better. City counsel- build and hire better leadership - negligence is not an excuse. Do better.
