I walked in right at 5:00, doing my very best to get here after being at my job all day. Both staff members were extremely rude and would not allow me to pay, stating over and over “we close at 5:00”. I understand that I arrived right at 5:00pm, but there was no compassion in the way they handled the situation. Another person was in the process of being helped at the desk and they had not locked the doors yet.
