I walked in right at 5:00, doing my very best to get here after being at my job all day. Both staff members were extremely rude and would not allow me to pay, stating over and over “we close at 5:00”. Disappointing. I had mistyped my banking account number when making a payment to VBPU and didn't catch it before submitting. Consequently, my account was restricted from bank draws for 12 months. VBPU told me to talk to the Treasurer's Office and they should be able to remove the block on my account. Went into the Kempsville Office and was very rudely told that it wouldn't come off for 12 months and that they don't remove blocks because of an honest typo online.
