Made an online order at store #243 in Ashland and got a confirmation saying it was ready on Christmas Eve. Got there to be told they didn't have one of the items. Called the manager and the manager said it was cause they were busy and they sold the last one and then just walked away. When I asked how to get the missing item the cashier had no idea how I was supposed to get the bottle or my money and had to go find the manager again to get the answer.
