A female staff member got aggressive and rude because we declined her recommendation on a liquor
I've shopped at this ABC location a few times, but the service has always been hit or miss. Staff rarely seems engaged or willing to help, and this recent visit I went in with my Virginia MID (mobile ID) which is an official state-issued ID, and the employee tried to scan it with the barcode scanner they use for the bottles. When it understandably didn't work, he told me it was "not accepted" even though the store is supposed to verify it using the correct DMV mID method - not a product scanner.
