Racists scam artists who refuse to even discuss rates over the phone !! Please stay far away from this company. I simply called to inquire about the rental process, who ever the repulsive man who answered the call needs to be fired on site. Refused to answer basic questions regarding insurance and credit/debit card protocol. This is industry standard line of questions, he terminated the call unprofessionally just because he couldn't answer the questions unequivocally. BUYER BEWARE
I have to commend this company for making my trip to Miami unforgettable. The service was 5 star and Mr.Ralph was the most pleasant person to deal with. Thank you, I will return in the summer and i'll get that convertible.....
