GREAT!!! Somebody said "rudest person ever" in their review earlier? That's probably because Virgil doesn't like to waste your or his time! This man cuts to the chase instead of making noises and chatting about nothing, like most Americans like to do. Small talk is one thing, but he won't let you get off point. Anyway, Virgil is NOT RUDE, but very PROFESSIONAL and POLITE.
