This is about the abusive increase of prices at VIPTAX on their services. Also, the behavior of the General Manager, Maxwell Andrade, who was disrespectful, anti ethic, unprofessional, intolerant, rude, unable to handle problems and to deal with people. He became upset just because I complained about the abusive increase in the price of my 2023 tax return preparation compared to 2022. Had a good experience a few years ago but after some changes Im giving a 1 star review. Unorganized and money hungry only. I did my taxes with viptax and every year they increased the price, and implemented new “rules”. File my taxes for the past year and a year later IRS never received it. They can never help or know the answers. Now you have to pay, even more, for in person. So disappointed, I used to recommend this place for everyone but not anymore. Stay away.
