Booked with VIP movers, reconfirmed before the date and then got an email two hours before they were booked to show saying they weren’t coming, and then wouldn’t take my calls.

Hi there, we used vip movers last week. They gave a good quote, and were available when I needed them, however I was extremely unsatisfied with their service. Unfortunately I could not recommend them to anyone. We had an antique display cabinet that we told to them to be very careful of since it had a a crack. They picked it up exactly where to crack was, thanks to that they completely broke it. When they moved a cabinet up the stairs they didn’t secure to door so it opened and shut and cracked the door.
