The business seems to be closed. Website still let me book an appointment but upon arriving the unit 2B02 listed is for sale and another unit 2C03 has the spa name but is closed. Number listed goes to a generic vm not mentioning a business name
Unprofessional. I arrive on time to the spa closed. I call Medina, only for her to tell me she's running 30 mins late. I reschedule for another day. On the phone, Medina tells me a facial includes a mask. When we're in the middle of the treatment, she says a mask is $50 more. ?? Her hot towel cabby broke, so she only used cold wet towels on my skin, no warning beforehand. her hydro facial machine stopped working halfway, and while shes fixing it she leaves the handheld device laying on top of me. I went for a back facial and I came out with the softest and most hydrated back I’ve had in months. Medina exfoliated all the way down past the dead skin and when the back mask came around, I took a little nap. Definitely going back.
I had a great experience with my facial. I got an IPL facial with microdermabrasion. I could definitely see that instantly my complexion was brighter and smoother. Will certainly be back for another session.
My first time experience was Amazing! Medina was Amazing! Kind very professional and made me feel so relaxed n comfortable! The special message after was so Wonderful! Hands of a Healer! Highly recommend! Can’t wait till my next session! Would post pics but don’t know how! Hurry and book now, you won’t regret..
