I am following up on the review my wife left. First 2 years were great, no issues and handled very well and professionally. This year, very bad. The office is only open during tax season, so after that, the only way to get in touch with anyone is via phone call. I have left between 6-8 unreturned voicemails asking for guidance. Nothing. I did get the owner on the phone once early on and she said she had gotten a couple of my voicemails and was going to have to look into the problem. Zero response since.
