I am following up on the review my wife left. First 2 years were great, no issues and handled very well and professionally. This year, very bad. The office is only open during tax season, so after that, the only way to get in touch with anyone is via phone call. I have left between 6-8 unreturned voicemails asking for guidance. Nothing. I did get the owner on the phone once early on and she said she had gotten a couple of my voicemails and was going to have to look into the problem. Zero response since. The first two years using this company went well, but filing our taxes this year has been a nightmare. They forgot to actually file our taxes, we found this out after contacting the IRS after months passed without receiving our refund. My husband has called and left numerous voicemails, and even tried to go up there a few times to get ahold of the owner to actually file our taxes. Still haven’t heard from anyone.
