I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at VIP SPA, and I feel obligated to warn others before they consider going there. The staff were rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no respect toward customers. Instead of making clients feel welcome and relaxed, they behaved in a way that was arrogant and careless.
