Honestly was a great service and easy to deal with in the beginning... However was let down massively by the driver leaving early and leaving quite a few guests stranded at our wedding venue without double checking. Added to that we paid for 10 hours but there was only 5 hours of actual driving required (we happily agreed to that due to the remote location, and even provided a meal due to that reason) When raising this with the company they were quite dismissive and uncaring since they'd already been paid. I had VIP Shuttles for a full day golf excursion with some guests from China. The driver Kelvin also speaks Mandarin so it was a great help and the day worked out brilliantly. Thanks everyone & we will be calling on you again soon.

I booked VIP shuttle for our company Christmas function but had to postpone it due to Covid in our ranks. VIP were so gracious in accepting the circumstances and willingly moved my booking to last Friday. Communication with Simon was effortless Their service was faultless and their vehicle spotless. Ken, their lovely driver, was punctual and accommodating. VIP took all the angst out of my transportation concerns and I will definitely use them again when I need to travel around the city with a big group of people.
