Kathy had been doing our taxes for years prior to her retirement a few years ago from VIP Tax & Accounting. Sadly we had to use a national tax service for a few years but we’re happy to report she’s back as of 2025. Her new venture is out of a home office, still in Kihei. I’m not sure if she’s accepting new clients but if she is, I highly recommend her!
Missed appointments, missed deadlines, lack of communication, ended up getting documents back to take to another accountant. Bob retired. I sure miss him. When asked for documents to be returned, VIP employee Kathy was curt and refused to mail them back to me without charging me postage. Very unprofessional. There are many other tax professionals
