I went about a year ago. I was recommended by a trainer. I was working out and thinking of trying to find out if working out would fix my knee and basically go for my overall health. Now 2025 i find out its a meniscus tear and some reupture and so i stopped working out, no time single mom. I didn try but it wasnt worth paying a trainer $62/h when i have from 5:10 to 5;45.
