The movers threatened us that they will not return our stuff for asking them to try to bring our couch up the stairs as it didn't fit in the elevator and left it by the trash cans. This was after we offered to pay a big tip if they could do it for us. These people have no patience to answer the customers questions and start yelling, and threatening and do a lot of drama.
