Chris and Steven actually handled my move and I couldn’t be happier. They were very friendly, respectful of my belongings and did a very quick and thorough job. Dave and everyone at the office was super responsive and friendly. Moving is always stressful and difficult but this company made it as painless as it can be. I will be using them again in the future.

It's 8 pm on a Saturday, and I was supposed to move today. I booked VIP after many calls and texts from them after I had put in a request for a quote from a search engine. They seemed genuine and conscientious, but when signing a contract they were vague about an arrival time. Larry , manager called me quickly when I tried to get a quote. During the conversation, I googled and told him the reviews were bad. He said people with good experience didn't write a review, mostly people with bad experience. I told Larry please give me his best crew and I would write a review. They moved my house 2 days ago. The expected arrival time for the movers, according to the email confirmation I received was from 3-5pm. I did not hear from the company nor the driver, after several attempts of calling them, until after 5pm. The driver called 3 times after 5:30pm, giving me updates of his ETA which were all incorrect.
