VIP Mortgage, Particularly Mr. Brian Shatto is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! And a complete pleasure to work with! After another lender telling us some of our income wouldn't count as income, Brian got on the ball and said "Yes it does!" Once Brian took over as our lender it only took approximately 1 month to reach the closing table! Thank you Brian Shatto and VIP Mortgage for being so helpful and amazing!!
Amazing, as always! We closed in 15 days (maybe less). When I reached out and explained our situation to Brian, he said, not a problem, we will make it happen and he delivered! Brian is the only person we will ever use when purchasing our families homes!
