Took great care of my great grandma about 20 or so years ago and now my grandma is here and she loves it
The two female staff members who answered the phone today (9/8 around 2:30PM) were extremely unprofessional. When I asked about availability, their only response was, “No, they’re not here, bye,” before hanging up. This level of rudeness and lack of basic communication is unacceptable for a facility that families are trusting with care.
