Beware! They are very rude and unprofessional here. I called the front desk to make some enquiries, the girl that picked the phone was so rude and hung up the phone while I was still speaking. She screamed into the phone and I quote the rude girl at vip here: “I don’t care what you have to say” then she hung up. They have no human compassion here and would not entrust my loved ones into the hands of such hostile people.
Took great care of my great grandma about 20 or so years ago and now my grandma is here and she loves it
The two female staff members who answered the phone today (9/8 around 2:30PM) were extremely unprofessional. When I asked about availability, their only response was, “No, they’re not here, bye,” before hanging up. This level of rudeness and lack of basic communication is unacceptable for a facility that families are trusting with care.
