Absolutely phony business. NEVER USE. I scheduled a pick up two days in advance. I called the dispatch after the driver has not arrived for 10 minutes. No one picked up. Then I received a text that a blue SUV was there to pick me up. It was an Uber. This company charges $100 more than an Uber, and the only service provided is ordering an Uber. I had a ride scheduled for a 7:05AM flight from JFK to San Francisco on 11/24/21. VIP told me they would send a car at 4AM. At 4:05AM there no car so I called the number and got a guy named Larry from their dispatch. I asked where the car was. He took my name an put me on hold. I waited more than 20 minutes and by this time it was after 4:30am. It is more than an hour from my house to JKF airport so the chances of making my flight were slim at best. Family and I had a pick up for the airport and no driver showed up. We called the company and they said find another ride. I will forever tell everyone to never use this service.
