Megan cloud and her team are AMAZING! They will go above and beyond to make sure you are covered and taken care of throughout your whole buying process. We used Megan for our last two home purchases and we have never been happier with our choice! We fought to use her with our builder and it was so worth it because she was able to get us a better interest rate and communicated with us until our signing day to make sure all our questions were answered.

My experience is the same as another reviewer. No communication throughout the process. Was sent documents with no explanation & would not respond for days. Asked for the loan specifics & closing costs but never given a concrete number. It kept changing. I have purchased homes before & it was the worst experience. Very stressful for no reason
