Delivery boys Lyle and his mate were amazing. They went above and beyond for me. Cautiously being aware of my walls n vinyl while making me laugh. They even put furniture pads underneath for me. They told me things I didnt know about the beds and they too their time to share info. So friendly, great attitude n communicators. I recently had to replace my 21 year old mattress. My husband died nearly 2 years ago so I'd been reluctant to replace it and was unsure where to start. Robbie, the salesperson at VIP made the process so easy. He was friendly and knowledgeable and assured me I would have no issues getting the mattress delivered and the old one taken away.
