Recently purchased a few large items of furniture from the Smithfield store and I am very impressed with the range of items, quality, price and the truly excellent customer service I received. They were friendly and very helpful. I had everything delivered and the bunk bed was set up for me. I had a small issue with one of the drawers in a tall boy that I bought, a member of the team came out to my place to pick up the faulty drawer, they then fixed it and brought it back. Noticed a problem with my recliner as soon as I received it, I phoned the store and reported it. I was contacted by someone from another department who then asked what the problem was and requested photos, which I sent, I was then told they would pass it along to Lazy-Boy but I have heard nothing since.
