Where do I start. Yes the young men that work here are very kind and sweet but the store is not ran well. I had a wedding November 2024. Needed suits for my soon to be husband and four groomsmen. The problems started right away. First when they told us there policy of taking payment after everyone is measured. Was not true. The suits came in late so late that none of them fit and my husband couldn’t get his fixed bc there was no time . As you see in the pictures the suit is way too tight. The new manager is a breath of fresh air. Thank goodness they hired this guy. Great dresser as well. Sharp young man.
The staff at the Crabtree location are excellent! Especially Dominique. He knows what he is doing and provides excellent service. Terrell also does a great job. They do not disappoint!
