We're good until they weren't. They failed to hold a 4AM reservation this morning. We called dispatcher prior, she said driver was on the way. Next call - my name wasn't even on the list! Result - driver never showed up. 100% dispatcher's fault.
Horrible customer service Tried making a reservation the women put me on hold until the phone just hung up Then when I tried calling back three times this woman was playing games acting like she couldn’t hear me all three times I don’t understand do you not want to make money? Please hire people with good customer service skills! Someone recommended this van service to me I don’t know why never will consider using them again! Go to Jose express worked out much better
Worst service ever
I used to always ride with VIP and never had any problems in the past. Their service used to be reliable, and I trusted them for years. But after today, I will no longer be riding with them. The receptionists were extremely rude and disrespectful. Every time I tried to speak, they would hang up on me. I called back several times, hoping it was a mistake, but it kept happening.
