Viajé con esta empresa debido a sus precios económicos. No mencionan que los precios baratos también vienen con un servicio económico. I traveled with this company because of their affordable prices. They don't mention that cheap prices also come with cheap service. The representative "Lucy" called me to confirm an incorrect reservation to the one I already had. Called for a vip van back to ny and the lady working night shift was very rude and kept hanging up on me I called back she proceeded to keep putting Me on hold and hanging up the customer survive is horrible and she needs to be fired!
