I’ve taken this van back and forth from NY to PA and usually don’t have any problems, so I want to start off by saying something nice. Most of the people that answer the phone have been kind, professional, and very helpful. And I appreciate that they brought their prices down to $20 again. Zero stars if I could leave: BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY! I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with VIP Express bus. On 8/20/25 my son and I were left stranded after the company overbooked the bus — even though we had valid reservations and two follow-up calls to reconfirm our trip. Reserving a seat does NOT guarantee you a seat. Arrived 15 minutes early to the bus stop just to be told that my RESERVED seat was given up to someone who had no reservation. Drivers and customer service are beyond horrible. Incredibly unprofessional, what is the point in calling a day ahead just to end up leaving people stranded. Do better.
