Staff is horrible. By far their worst location. Would avoid if all possible. Staff loves power tripping
All staff is amazing give them raises 10/10 service every time! Great bud!!
I purchased a disposable vape at this store to which it stopped working the next day. It will not charge nor work period. I've been trying to get a hold of the manager for 3 weeks and they will not honor it even though they have record of me purchasing it. I would suggest not using this VIP location. This is the second time that this has happened.
Will I ever shop here again? Hell no!!! Worst customer service! The budtender was slow to come to the door. When I called out “Hello” to let someone know I was there, there was no acknowledgment. When she finally did come, I was scolded like a child for calling out and my “impatience”. She was incredibly rude. If that’s how they want to treat their loyal customers, I will no longer be supporting that business.
