Extremely rude and horrible service. After being overcharged for a part a rude Tech refused to fix my ice maker. Really bad service paid for ice maker repair was told it would be in within 10 working days I called after 20 days was put on hold told someone would call me and am still waiting for a call back. I later get a call form a really rude tec that they would not repair my ice maker if I do not give them a good review. My wife had an issue with our drier and was scared it was a fire hazard. I called up VIP Appliance, Heating and Cooling because I knew others who had positive experiences with them. The guy came right out and identified and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. I didn't even have an appointment. I have since used this company for other repairs and the work is top-notch. Try them out!

Great company!!!!Every time I have called them i got ahold of someone or a callback in a timely manner. I have never had a problem with the there work, and they are very knowledgeable with any questions I may have had. The price if fare and always got more then what I payed for. Great customer service and support.I strongly encourage using them for your needs.

Never again. Did not fix fridge. Could not get a hold of anybody after parts were paid for and ordered. Obese repair man broke molding on my inside garage door by slamming door. DO NOT USE. Horrible customer service. Save your money and time. Report sent BBB.
