Everyone at Kindbody is helpful and friendly. Appointments are available starting at 6AM which is super convenient. The clinics are beautiful, and have snacks available. All of the support staff/front desk is friendly and knowledgeable. My nurses are always available to answer questions, send scripts. My nurse is Ivettzie. She is always there for what I need. When I began treatment, I happened to have a monitoring appointment that day. Ivettzie called me into her office to show me how to use my complicated prescriptions. lol... read more
The nurses and technicians are great! Loved my doctor although I only saw her twice at my retrieval and the embryo placement. Lot of them went through the same struggles as their patients ❤️🩹. As someone mentioned in their review, it was very hard to talk to someone over the phone and through the portal, also they overcharged us a few times but that wasn’t the case before they moved to a new location.
