Violet's photos were absolutely stunning. She does an amazing job of being able to capture the vibe of each wedding couple, which is really hard to do. I really focused on vibrant colors, and she was able to capture that perfectly. I also wanted to focus on 'in the moment' more than staged photos. She did pose us as well in a variety of different poses that were really fun but also captured some great moments where we were just existing. She was also really fun to work with and we can't recommend her enough.

Violet recently shot our gala event for the Coalition for Clean Air, and I have experience with her from additional events including the Labyrinth Masquerade Ball and a good friend's wedding. She is a highly skilled event photographer. She is a total pro and knows how to (politely) interrupt folks at the right moments to get those group shots you want from an event. She knows how to adjust to multiple settings, from step & repeats to staged programs, candid shots, and more. Would definitely recommend her for your event!

Violet took photos at my wedding last December. She came to my hotel room early in the morning, as we were getting ready, and spent the entire day tirelessly snapping photos, setting up great, imaginative shots, and coaching all of us. She knows what kinds of shots she wants, is decisive, and doesn't waste any time getting those great images.
