Is this pace closed for good. I got a text that my appointment was cancelled and when I try to call to reschedule no one answers. If Stephanie sees this post please call me or find me on facebook.
I don’t know how else to get in touch with someone but they cancelled my appointment, aren’t responding or answering and have $550 of mine. What is going on here?! Who can I speak to about this??!
I purchased a monthly membership here. This month, my appointments were cancelled on me twice. I tried calling and texting multiple times — no answer, voicemail box is full, and no responses. It’s now the end of the month and I still haven’t been able to receive the services I paid for or get in touch with anyone.
WARNING — consumer beware! REPORTED TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR FRAUDULENT AND DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. I complained (in person) about a poor microneedling service and was suddenly treated very poorly, my card was charged for the next month membership a week ahead of schedule, without my consent, as they anticipated me canceling, despite me voicing concerns that I was not happy with the business.
