I had an IPL and BBL treatment here with Maite and Stephanie and couldn’t be happier. The staff is super nice and friendly, and they explained the service thoroughly, which made me feel very comfortable. The spa itself is spotless, well laid out, and creates such a welcoming environment for the services they provide. The treatment was well done from start to finish — truly a top-notch experience. Highly recommend!
I have been coming to Vio Med Spa for 2 years now and could not be happier. The staff are the most friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve done a few different services and they’ve all been great. Everything was explained to me from start to finish and received multiple follow ups after making sure I felt good and that I was happy with the results. I had a great experience at this med spa! The entire staff was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I saw Stephanie, the NP, for Dysport, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly sweet.
